The Knowledge & Learning Commons is a joint initiative by the UN Library Geneva and the Centre for Learning and Multilingualism (UNOG), designed for UN Staff, Permanent Missions and interns. It launched in January 2019 and has since offered varied innovative informal learning opportunities, for example in the area of communication, innovation & technology, the SDGs, work-place conflict and multilingualism. The choice of topics has been informed by the results of a comprehensive Knowledge & Learning Needs Assessment. Since 2019 is a pilot year, the Commons is making a special effort to monitor and evaluate this initiative.
If you have not attended any Commons event so far, we invite you to participate in our survey The Commons of the future, designed for non-users. It only takes three minutes and your feedback will be key to design innovative informal learning moments that are tailor-made to your needs.
The survey is available here: http://bit.do/survey_eng
