Career Talk for Interns, Redefining Leadership: How can Gender Equality and Inclusion impact leadership roles?

Discover this past event at the commons, which discussed careers for interns across UN Geneva, focusing on redefining leadership today and the impact of gender equality and inclusion on how leadership roles are perceived and developed. The discussion took place as society continued to question and break stereotypes regarding gender in the workplace and everyday life, with the overarching goal of creating a world where gender does not determine a person’s role in any aspect of their lives or their capacity to be a leader. The event, held at the Knowledge and Learning Commons, was led by the OCHA Interns Association.

A panel of UN staff members shared their personal experiences and offered insights into the challenges and opportunities ahead for both women and men as the community worked towards equality.
