Cooperative Excellence: Conflict in times of change: How to thrive in a changing environment and effectively manage interpersonal conflict

Discover our past event at the commons: This session focused on the challenges and opportunities that arise in times of change. The prevalence of new technologies, restructurings, and a new office building has made change the new normal. However, change can also bring uncertainty, ambiguity, resource constraints, and a challenge to previous priorities. In collaboration with experts in conflict management and change management, the event explored insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with a changing workplace.

The session provided a platform to discuss situations in which participants encountered workplace conflict as a result of change. It aimed to create a space for advancing conflict management by destigmatizing workplace conflicts and sharing lessons learned. This event was held at the Knowledge & Learning Commons and was brought to participants by the Human Resources Management Service with the support of the Office of the Regional Ombudsman, Geneva.
