Crafting a Healthy Workplace at the UN

Explore the insights gained from our previous event at the commons, meticulously curated by the Staff Counsellor’s Office at UNOG, where participants delved into the art of crafting a healthy workplace. Renowned guest speaker, Dr. Liza Jachens, led an enlightening discussion on our understanding of stress and effective methods for buffering stress in the workplace. The session provided a platform for engaging discussions on diverse strategies for psychological empowerment and fostering a workplace environment that is both healthy and secure. The event concluded with a brief crafting exercise, adding a hands-on element to the exploration of creating a positive and supportive work climate.
