Quiñones shares what intersectionality means at UN Women, and how working through an intersectional lens can ensure more inclusive, comprehensive and effective global governance. She addresses how UN Women is using an intersectional approach to work towards gender equality and shares her view on how we can really achieve inclusive and accountable multilateralism, as proposed in Shift One of the High-Level Advisory Board on Effective Multilateralism.
