Discovering Multilateralism: Online presentation on how to access and use primary sources on modern multilateralism by the UN Library & Archives Geneva

Are you interested in researching questions related to multilateralism, but don't know how to get started?
The UN Library & Archives Geneva has worked to advance research and understanding of multilateralism since its founding in 1919 as the Library of the League of Nations. In this session, attendees will discover how to access primary sources on multilateralism, tracing its evolution from the League of Nations to the United Nations. We'll explore how the work of these two important international organizations has resulted in a wealth of documents, publications and archives, which are today managed and made available by the UN Libraries & Archives in Geneva and New York.
In particular, we'll present different types of official documents created by the League and the UN, as well as two online research tools that can assist you in accessing these primary sources: the UN Digital Library and the UN Archives Geneva platform.
