Why are interns and young people important to the future of multilateralism? And how can interns in the UN system make the most of their experience, contribute their skills and knowledge, and find career opportunities in the multilateral system? This session featured insightful discussions, intern networking opportunities, reflections and practical advice from former interns who are currently working in the UN system.
This event aimed to:
1)Explore why young people are critical to the multilateralism of the future.  
2)Learn from former UN interns about their experiences and get their honest advice on how to make the most of a multilateral career.  
3)Discover the range of digital resources on multilateralism available at the UN Library & Archives Geneva, and 
4)Learn from other interns through time for networking and discussion.
