To learn different ways we can take care of ourselves, as well as our families and communities;

To learn about tips to help cope during this unexpected situation;

To learn where to go to find more information or to ask for support.

As we transition to full-time telecommuting and face uncertainties and different ways of working and living, there are many ways we can take care of ourselves, as well as our families and communities.

Our Staff Counsellors will share tips to help cope during this unexpected situation; ways to take care of yourself, your children, the elderly and colleagues; and where to go to find more information or to ask for support.

The session also includes time to ask your questions, or to share your ideas that might help others.

Online Wellness Wednesday mindfulness sessions are also being organized, so please stay tuned for updates!
