Join us for this Webinar & Dialogue on how to manage anxiety during COVID-19, led by the Staff Counsellor’s Office, HRMS at UN Geneva. As we enter our fourth week of full-time tele-commuting and face uncertainties about how long this situation will last, it is normal to have feelings of anxiety.
While our human reaction is to try to take some action to help us feel in control, anxiety can be uncomfortable, and if not balanced can lead to distress for some people. During this session, the Staff Counsellors will share techniques to help you cope, for when we pause to look at our behavior and become aware of how we might be feeding feelings of anxiety, we can learn how to better manage these emotions. The session will also include time for you to ask questions and share your ideas that might help others.
