Welcome to the first session in our new #BuildBackBetter series at the Commons, in collaboration with the Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS) at UN Geneva. In the wake of COVID-19, organizations around the world have faced new opportunities and challenges as they move operations online. As many meetings, conferences and events move to the digital domain, the ability to effectively coordinate and produce such sessions online is vital. This session focused particularly on producing an online event. How could we manage more effective, well-thought sessions? How could we remain relevant and authentically engage with our audience virtually? How could we improve and develop our technology and communication skills to produce valuable events for specific audiences? In this session, guest speakers from ICTS and the UN Library and Archives Geneva shared their experiences and tips, followed by group discussion and Q and A with participants.
