Join us each week for guided mindfulness sessions online with the Staff Counsellor’s Office at UN Geneva. The English session will be held each other Friday morning at 10.00 am.

Just like our physical bodies can become tired after a long day or week, our minds also need rest and some peace. How can we relax and re-energize our most important organ, our brain? In these 20-minute sessions, the Staff Counsellors will guide you through a Mindfulness Meditation, where you will practice how to sit peacefully with your thoughts and feelings in the present moment. Please join us to practice together and learn more about the science behind Mindfulness Meditation.

These sessions are held by the Staff Counsellor’s Office, HRMS and the Knowledge & Learning Commons at UN Geneva.
