Discover our previous event at the commons about how The Future of Work has already arrived. Rapid and radical changes in the world have not only fundamentally transformed ways of working but have also had a sweeping impact on our careers. Amidst all the disruptions fueled by technological advancements like artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data, and the Internet of Things, the session explored how to find the ideal job and achieve personal success.
Our speaker, Dr. Paolo Gallo, author of the award-winning book "The Compass & the Radar," provided a unique approach to identifying talent, navigating a career path, and staying true to oneself in professional life. "The Compass & The Radar" is available in 8 languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Arabic, Italian). Paolo, now an author, Executive Coach, and Adjunct Professor, has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Chief Learning Officer at The World Bank in Washington D.C., and Director of Human Resources at the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development in London.
