What better way to start a week than with a Mindfulness Meditation Session? Our minds also need rest and some peace.
How can we relax and re-energize our most important organ, our brain? In these 20-minute sessions, the Staff Counsellors will guide you through a Mindfulness Meditation, where you will practice how to sit peacefully with your thoughts and feelings in the present moment. Session in French is offered every third Monday of the month at 9:00 am.
