What will multilateralism look like in the future? And what structures and organisations will be leading multilateral action 50 years from now? These were some of the questions that students reflected on during an interactive lecture on 5 May.
Students from Ohio State University visited the UN Library & Archives Geneva for a vibrant discussion with our Director, Francesco Pisano, as part of a week-long study tour in Geneva organised by the World Federation of United Nations Associations.
The visit was a chance for the students to reflect and ask their questions on the evolution of multilateralism, the challenges facing the multilateral system today, and what the future might look like.
The Library & Archives offers curated learning sessions to support university students, researchers, diplomats and UN system staff in their research and understanding of multilateralism. If you would like to organise a session, please contact us.
