How do We Make Our Work Accessible? A practical training session with Microsoft

After last year's event, which offered an overview of new accessibility features on Microsoft Office 365 and Teams, a 1-hour session with a professional trainer from Microsoft was conducted. In this session, participants learned how to practically use these features. The training session was open to all colleagues interested in learning how to produce more accessible work (and be more inclusive of persons with disabilities) using everyday IT tools. Participants also had the opportunity to ask questions to our expert trainer.

Attendees gained insights into:

How to create accessible content on PowerPoint and Outlook
How to use these features on Microsoft Teams

Participating in this session:

Trainer from Microsoft
Facilitator from the Disability Inclusion Team, UN Geneva

Moderator

from the Knowledge & Learning Commons
