How to cope with anxiety during COVID-19 - Webinar & Dialogue

Discover our past Webinar & Dialogue on managing anxiety during COVID-19, led by the Staff Counsellor’s Office, HRMS at UN Geneva. As we concluded our fourth week of full-time telecommuting, facing uncertainties about the duration of this situation, feelings of anxiety were normal. Our human instinct is to take action for a sense of control, yet anxiety, if not balanced, can lead to distress.

In this session, the Staff Counsellors shared techniques to cope, emphasizing the importance of pausing to observe our behavior and raising awareness of how we contribute to feelings of anxiety. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas to support others. We hoped to have seen you there.
