Discover how you could collaborate seamlessly with your team, regardless of your location! Participants were invited to join the second session of the #MondayMotivation series, where the focus was on exploring collaborative online tools. Specifically, the session highlighted Microsoft Teams, an online platform within the Office365 package designed to facilitate teamwork. It enables teams to share and edit files, engage in real-time chat, conduct virtual meetings, and collaborate on projects using desktops, laptops, or mobile devices.
The session provided an opportunity for attendees to join colleagues from the Library and ICTS, learning practical tips, sharing experiences, and gaining insights on how to effectively utilize Microsoft Teams for enhanced collaboration within their teams. The aim was to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the benefits of collaborative online tools in a professional setting.
